Yoga therapy is the individual tailoring of yoga techniques; postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), cleansing practices (kriyas), relaxation, meditation, mantras, mudras and other methods to alleviate mental, emotional and physical dis-eases.
Yoga Therapy can help you with any physical, emotional and mental issue, injury or medical condition. After we examine your needs and set your goals I will give you a written, tailor made 15 – 20’ practice which you can do daily at your place. During the follow- up sessions we assess your progress and rebuilt or refine your practice.
