Private classes are for those who want to have a lesson absolutely adapted to their needs. It can be advanced students who want to take their practice deeper or new students who want to learn the basics.

One on one Yoga Therapy classes are suitable for those who want to benefit from yoga in a therapeutic way through a personalized practice. Yoga Therapy is a complementary way of addressing medical conditions, chronic pain or any physical, psychological or mental discomfort.

No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
