Yoga Therapy can help you with any physical, emotional and mental issue, injury or medical condition. After we examine your needs and set your goals you will be given a written, tailor made 15′ – 20’ practice which you can do daily at your place. During the follow- up sessions we assess your progress and rebuilt or refine your practice.
You can choose between a variety of classes depending on your unique condition, needs and interest: hatha yoga for a more meditative, slow, gentle practice, vinyasa flow for a more dynamic sequence of postures, pre or postnatal during and after pregnancy, aerial for a fun, acrobatic class or kids yoga for your little ones.
