Attracted by motion since she was a child, Katerina kept herself busy with sports and dance until she focused on her great passion, Argentine Tango, which she started teaching after years of intense practice, lessons, seminars and a trip to Buenos Aires.

Unlike love, passions are not forever, so when she attended her first yoga class in 2008, it felt like fitting the right puzzle pieces together! She was delighted to wake up at 5 a.m., to arrive at a highly energetic hill in Athens across the Acropolis and practice yoga with Nanda, her teacher at the time. Since then, she kept practicing with different teachers and styles and completed the 300 hour (Yoga Alliance Registered) Teacher Training at NYSY studios with
Vivi Letsou and a 35 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Sue Elkind. In addition she is attending various trainings, seminars, workshops and courses, with teachers from all around the world (Natasha Rizopoulos, Petros Haffenrichter, Laruga Glaser, Dylan Bernstein, Magnus Ringberg, Alexandra Rossopoulou) for further education since she endorses the idea and attitude of a beginner’s mind! Being attracted by holistic methods she also followed the Usui Reiki First Degree.

Open, enthusiastic and communicative as she is, after university she followed her drive to become a journalist having the dream of always speaking the truth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in “Communication & Mass Media” and a master’s degree in “Political Communication & New Technologies” and was a cultural journalist at Hellenic Parliament Television for six years.
